hi frnz , um sakshi, a student of ca-final currently doin my articleship from delhi from the past 2years nd 4 months.. I want 2 know if i can get tranfer/termination from my current ca as my current ca is not allowing me to take any classes n he also wants me 2 do office for 10-11 hrs a day. he is kinda exploiting me n um very tensed. i wanted 2 know if there is any procedure to get a transfer or get myself terminated from my current principal. my ca is also ready to terminate me as he also want me to leave his firm as soon as possible. i request u all to please help me out as my ca is making very difficult for me to pursue ca course peacefully, looking forward to ur replies, thanks in advnce, plz help..!! :(

u can apply for Secondment of Article training

Firstly you have to fill form for Second ment of articles

and sign it from both employer then get transfer...

U Need more details then u must to visit CA Institute for it

U may get transfer on the basis of that current employer hav no max. exposure for you.......

otherwise u cann't get transfer form current employer....

Or you can fill the form for conversion from PCE to IPCC format Exams in CA Final Exams......

I agree with Mayank.. before he terminates you pls go ahead with the suggestion asap... and if possible give complaint in writing about the conduct of your employer ... For records only

if ur principal is not willing to sign on ur secondment form

meet the article's department head ( i think he is mr. amit threja )

he sits in viswas nagar and will solve ur matter
