In high Sea Sale ,buyer has not lift Some quantiy.So how can I show unfilted quantity in our books. For Example , we are dealing in coal and make a high Sea sale with a particular buyer for 5000 MT quantity.Now Buyer lifted only 4994 MT .So 6 MT not lifted by buyer.Please guide me for that.

if you have made HSS agreement for the whole consignment i.e 5000 mts then you do not own the unlifted 6 tons of cargo you cannot show them as your goods as bill of entry would be in favour of HSS buyer and the quantity shown will be in accordance to the Agreement.
