Imports from pakistan as mfn country

Hi,

We plan to import some chemicals from Pakistan. Here are few questions requesting your attention please-

1. Is it technically possible to trade [import[ from Pakistan?

2. Since Pakistan is said to be MFN under bi-lateral trade ties, what sort of benefits can we envisage?

dear anil,

yes it is possible to trade with pakistan and you will be granted preferential rates of custom duty as it is given the status of MFN by india
