I personally believe that tax is not the subjec that can be done one after the other... Rather, its like spider web, where all the webs connect each other...

So, u've to remain in touch wid almost all chapters while beggining wid any new chapter... BEST OF LUCK

hai........before  start    reading  tell  ur  self     nothing  is  deficult  or  boar.............and   read  the   chapters  in  rytham   lyk  if  u   read  assessment  procedure  then appeals   n  rivision.....then   penalty  so  u  wud  be  able  to    under stand  a  clear  picture  of   all  sections..........same  wid  H.P.,PGBP,Capital gains..........But  yes  in  case  of  tax   u  hv  to  b  regular  in  touch  wid  subject    if  u  want  grip  on  asubject.................ALL  THE  BEST

I think Bangar is best because it leave no Caselaw of even ITAT. Suppose you are studyig Section 147 from bangar. All the SC/HC/ITAT cases that too recent will be given at one place.

There is no ranking in topics as such.... 

ICAI is known for its unexpected papers....

So study all d topics... & gv weightage accordingly....

Focus more on ammendments and recent case laws.... this is published by our institue for every exam.... check wid ur regional office...
