IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION FOR SECTION 25 COMPANy

Important Notification of the Ministry in regards to riscission of the exemption given to Section 25 Company had been withdrawn with effect from 01 Jan-2008,

Companies are required to pay requisite fees for the formation of Section 25 Company or alteration in Authorised Capital of the Company.

It is advised not to put a large amount of Authorised Capital, if not required,

Hello! I am managing an NGO formed as section 25 Company, and also Pvt Ltd Company my questions are: 1. What are the modes of paying remuneration to the Full time Directors of the a. Section 25 Company b. Pvt Ltd Company. 2. What are the provisions of Companies act to be complied with regard to payment of remuneration to Directors of the two Companies( Section 25 and Pvt Ltd).
