2. Chartered Engineer certificate with flow chart of machine and list of spares parts for machine

3. Copy of RCM

4. Photocopy of status house certificate

5. Photocopy of IEC

6. Copy of SRTPC Registration

7. Photocopy of PAN Card

8. CA with Appendix 29

9. Profile of Importer

Above document has to be filled with DGFT office
