Import of used machinery - EPCG scheme

Dear Members,

I would like to know is there any restructions on import of used machinery into india through EPCG scheme viz., minimum life of the machinery after impot?

Some one informed me that imported machinery should be usefull in india for 20 years. Is there any restruction like this in act?

Kindly advise.
