Sir i want to start wholesale business of usb pendrives by importing it from China. The ITC HS Code of the item is 85235290. In percentage, total how much I have to pay to customs and excise ? Do I have to apply for the IEC number ? The china company will use Express Courier like DHL or UPS for sending the goods. Plz help me out.

Sir my another question is that Is there any legal obligation if I import the product of Transcend brand and has logo of it.
In view of costing if the cargo is less then 4/5 kgs then courier mode is good, If cargo is more then 5 kgs cargo mode is suggested.
Import under cargo mode (Airport Clearance) is better instead of courier mode, which will help you to interact with customs directly If they need any clarifications etc., in this regard please contact any good Freight forwarders who can bring your cargo for more competitive price then courier companies.
