Import of sweater from italy
We are a Manufacturer & Exporter of Garments and have status licence. We are planning to import of Sweaters from Italy for Job Work only from a specific supplier and will re-export to the same party after doing the Job work (Hand Embroidery) on that Sweaters. Please let us know can we import the sweater Free of Cost from Italy duty free and re-export it. Please let us know the procedures.

as per current Foreign Trade Policy No duty will impose by the units situated in Special Economic Zone AREA, in this matter You Can import the said items and paid the applicable custom duty and you can export this items.
u can import under duty exempted scheme and -re export.
so import duty will not applicable
i would like to inform you that thorugh the ADVANCE LICENCE SCHEME exempt the custom duty @ import export.
