Hi,

Yes it is mandetory to get the Chartered Engineer Cetificate if you are importing used, second hand, refurbished or rebuild machinary into India. https://www.fesdirect.com/ is an authorised company who specialise in providing CE certificate to importers and exporters.

This certificate will ensure that your machinary will not be rejected at the customs clearance
