Hi,
Iam an importing agent based in India for suppliers abroad. Can I raise shipping invoice from my company in India for the goods imported by my customer in India. I do not have IEC, but my customer has one. I want to follow this procedure only to have control of the business.
Please clarify.

YOU ARE SERVICE PROVIDER , THE BETTER WILL BE THAT YOU MUST APPLY FOR IEC ISSUANCE. THIS WILL BE BEST FOR YOU.
THEREFOR AFTE THEN YOU CAN IMPORT AND EXPORT AND TAKE MANY INCENTIVES AS PER FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2009-2014.
