hi all,

I need information about the Sea Sold Agrrement Procedure.

we Imported machinery form aborad. we have conract with machinery supplier in chennai. we made the parital payment to Supplier they rasied Invoices and they not claimed the Taxes & duites.

as per our our purchase order, the imported aonsignment will be sold on entering into High Sea sale agreement and we have pay the Customs Duty and Cleaaarance Cahrges.

Now i wnat how to explain the concept and methodology to be foolowed for entering into the high sea sale agrrement.

Can any one please help me on the above issue.
