File an RTI; one to PIO of Students and Eva. section of ignou; and 1 to School of management,ignou.it will cost rs 10 each.

i too have not got the grade card of dec2009 and june 2010 exams.My grade card online hasn't been updated.

my grade card and all is updated online but it is of no use....

why does ICAI enter into these kind of MOU's i seriously am facing difficulty.

No one actually tells you what the matter is in the IGNOU office.
 

If you phone at ignou office; 99/100 times they don't pick the phone or is deliberately kept engaged. Suppose u are lucky; the person who picks up the phone gives you another no. Worst than a sarkari office.

Have u tried complaining to ICAI via e-sahayata.

The main question is the first part itself. All of us can't go to Delhi to have the letter attested.Will Regional Centre do? Which officer of RC will suffice?

Praveen bhai; plz reopen the query and ask them to explain in detail step by step. Any progress; plz continue sending PM to me in caclubindia.

Arey bhai; ask them how to get the main degree certificate.Without the degree certificate ; we can't get admission to new course, can we? Form 112 toh baad ki baat hai.

Ask them how to get the pass certificate.They can't run away from the fact.

Just submit your marks-sheets of the relevant Exams passed from ICSI/ICAI/ICWA and training cert. etc. at the office of the DIRECTOR, SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES (SOMS), IGNOU, MAIDAN GARHI, NEW DELHI-68 either in person or by registered post/speed post for effecting the credit transfer. These are the instructions of the DIRECTOR, SOMS, who will lated forward it to SED, IGNOU for preparation of final results and pro cert.

I don't know about your case; but we are CA students from pcc-stream and we have to do articleship for 3.5 years after which only our principal will fill Form 108 and after 1-2 months of submission of that to icai we get the reply/confirmation letter from icai.But as per icai-ignou mou;we need articleship of 3 years for getting this degree.So, there isn't any fixed form/document issued either by icai or ignou which our CA will sign to show that we have fulfilled the criteria of 3 years of articleship.

In any case dear, u can confirm it from the Course coodinator, Mr. NV Narsimhan, Room.No.32, SOMS, IGNOU.He will guide you appropriately about the format and all.

I am in Gujarat and that's why i have been filing RTI to ignou as well as seeking help from icai.

Do u have mr NV narsimhan's email address?

And is the provisional certificate the final degree certificate?

And as our articleship of 3 years can finish any time around the calendar year;wont this affect our chances of getting the degrees on time?
