I am a CA Final Student and had passed my Ignou Bcom AF exams in December 2012. Till now, I havent received any certificate or Grade card from Ignou.
I sent my CPT-IPCC Certificates to Ignou Delhi three months before, but no response has been received from them also till now.
I was hoping that my name would be included in the 27th Convocation List, but here also comes despair.
What should I do?
IGNOU walon ko phone ghumao...nhi uthate to mail karo...reply nhi aata to in person visit karo...more than a year has passed

I am a CA IPCC student and would like to pursue B.com from IGNOU.. heard we ll get exemptions to certain papers and also will be able to acheive it within 1 yr if we pass IPCC..
so is it like we have to pass both the groups to get that facility or is it enough if we clear just the 1st group..?!

Yes, All IPCC papers will be exempted in the B.Com. You have to submit assignments only one time before exams and 6 papers you have to attempt in B.Com(A&F).Graduation degree will be awarded after you clear IPCC both groups. Earlier, there was an additional point that you should do articleship under a CA for 3 years but now it has been deleted from the MOU of IGNOU-ICAI.
If you are confident that you will clear IPCC soon then only go for it, or you can go for it after clearing IPCC. I am telling you this because many students register for this and after some time when they are not able to clear IPCC then they feel they commited mistake to not to go for a regular/distance course from any other university.
