Just wanted to check , wether online course from ACCA holds any value for Job consideration....as exam is taken from home. As I want to pursue ifrs since long but cannot go for classess.

Dnt Join IFRS class with Consultifrs (Bhave). Wastage of money. No thorogh teaching reagrding IFRS standard.

i will suggest to join diploma from ACCA UK only. rest is upto you as you need to devote time to studay and prepare for exams. I have done both ICAI as well as Diploma from ACCA UK.

Never take the Online Lectures of Mr. Bhave [ConsultIFRS.com] as they are totally useless and Mr. Bhave has not taken a pain to explain the topic properly, in his video lectures he justs reads a slide that too very fast, totally waste of money, just be careful.

I am planning to use Manual of Accounting published by PWC for DipIFR preparations. I also have the subscripttion of ifrsbox.com which is pretty helpful. Any more suggestions.

If you really want to learn IFRS then Amit Chawla is the best, you can find his videos on Youtube as well, just have a look, never ever join Mr. Bhave's Class or any online course.
