I want to know, whether Indian Companies should adopt IFRS or Ind AS ?
And for non-listed Companies, from when IFRS / Ind AS is mandatory ?

IFRS yet not become mandatory for Indian Cos.
For few Companies( Eg. Listed Comanies), it is mandatory to adopt IFRS.
I want to know what is the exact difference between IFRS & Ind AS, whether to adopt IFRS / Ind AS.
