Dear Sir, I have bought software for my company for INR 50000 plus GST against which i have to pay 9000+GST as annual maintenance. I want to know that if TDS to be deducted or not ?

As I understand, no TDS is applicable on purchase of software. Further, in case of AMC, no TDS is applicable as the value of the transaction is within the threshold limit.
