What will happen if CBDT will not issue Notificate till 30/09/14 to extend due date of filling of ITR ?

Just like last year SC will extend the Due date and then CBDT will have to issue notification accordingly....

And even if CBDT dont issue notification then this shows how this Govt want to Govern... and its Policy for People's interest.
