If a company files STK 2 in April 21, when it can file incometax return for fy 21/22
In case a company files STK 2 on 30 April 21, when it can file incometax return for fy 21/22 for 1april to 30 April 21.

Dear Sir.
Please note tat at the time of filing Form STK 2.. there is Nil Statement of Assets n Liability statement has been enclosed... Hence , IT return wil not effect for the company.
