Iec online application - mobile token not getting delivered

Knowledge resource 1912 views 3 replies

I have been trying to do my online IEC registration. I completed part of the application process a few days back. I am now trying to complete the application process. But I am facing a problem.

The email tokens are getting delivered to my email ID. But the mobile tokens are not getting delivered to my mobile number. I have been trying for almost three days now. But I haven't found a way out.

The DGFT website too doesn't seem to have a way out to change the mobile number.

If someone has faced the same issue and/or knows how to set this right, please advise.
