Iec online

Hi,

I have applied for IEC for one of my client..... the e-IEC was alloted and intimation mail was received within 2 days of application.

In that email....it contains that IEC can be viewed and printed @ dgft.gov.in.

However after login is shows application under process.

Already 13 days elapsed. I written emails to dgft office...but no response.

Any other way to get certificate? Plz help.
