Iec online

In the intimation mail, iec number must have been mentioned. Go to dgft website, under online iec tab you ll have 'view your iec'. click on that and enter the iec and orgn name (first three letters). You ll get the online print of IEC. However, its not a certificate. Certificate can be viewed only after logging in, which may be because of technical problem.
