I hv to apply Import Export Code for my organization, situated in Mahipalpur Extenstion, New Delhi, (Near Delhi Airport).
I've some doubt regarding documentations viz,
1. To whom to address in Bank Certificate, Cover Letter & Authorisation letter?
2. In whose favour demand draft has to be prepare?
& In case anyone have formats of all or any document required to be attached with IE Code application then please upload here or forward me at theankitsharma @ gmail.com

Please check the DGFT website. You can get all the details there.
Nowadays, you have to pay the fees online. Then using the payment Id, you have to make online application on DGFT website. After that you have to scan the documents you have mentioned. And at last, take printout and courier/speedpost to the DGFT office. They will always delay and you have to follow up with them by going to their office for the obvious :)
