IEC CODE

a. An IEC once issued needs to be updated within 90 days in the case of the following:

1. If there is any change in the
   1. Name of the IEC holder;
   2. Address of Registered / Branch office / Factory address;
   3. Constitution viz. Change in Directors, conversion from Proprietorship concern to Firm, Firm to Company, Pvt Ltd to Public Ltd, change in Bank details, etc.
   4. PAN Details of the IEC holder.
2. Any change is required by the Government for moving towards an Integrated One Number Regime;

b. Upon the change being intimated beyond a period of 90 days, the changes shall be registered by the RLA upon payment of a penalty;

In your message u said to change IEC from karnataka to A.P.

1) I have few doubts regarding it, is ur company has totally changed from karnataka to A.P ?

if yes then u have to take 1000/- DD and first submit in DGFT, KARNATAKA with mentioning the modificaiton in ANF-2A, and along with application you have to also show some proof regarding why u have to change the address from KARNATAKA to ANDHRA PRADESH. After it has been changed to have to submit the same in AP dgft office for updation in their data base.

or if you have any branch office at AP, then as mentioned above with some proof you can mention the AP address as branch address in the IEC.
