Iec application query

Hello,I want to apply Iec code for individual,what will i select in exporter type others and nature of concern as others because my car was stuck at the port due to no iec code and car is for personal use but even than they are asking for iec code now my point is what to specify in others ,is there any document i need to provide to DGFT or the Process will simply get over without any evidence needed

I have exported my car via agent so all this problem arises because of no matching of iec code name and car document name

or what do i select in exporter type so i dont need to provide any document (Individual application)
