I have Yashwant Mangal
IDT book for May 17 (CA Final). Can i refer the same for Nov 17 exams? Are there major changes like notifications, circulars etc?

Yes. There are changes. Overview of GST is also added. You may refer amendments only along with old book or get a new book.
