Can anyone please tell how to differentiate among problems of Amalgamation, Demerger and Reconstruction?
In none of the problems the terms demerger/amalgamation are mentioned

Reconstruction: Loss making company taken over by other company
Demerger: 1 and only 1 company becomes 2,3,4 etc
