Hi Srinivas,
Regarding Audit paper u shud prepare module throughly & accounts related sections. At end of the audit module, there are about 70 questions & Answers, which are most important form exam point of view. In dec.,2006 attempt about 30-40 marks paper was from this section of module.

I am not able to comment on A/c paper, bcos this was exempted on the basis of CS qualification.
