You can send on or before 15 mar to appear Jun term, no other option.
Now a days CC is not a mandatory requirement to appear for the exam (as per amendment to ICWA regulation in 2012) and if this is the case, CC revalidation is also not required as per me. Institute should bring a notice for students information.
A few CCI members have received emails from ICAI while enquiring the same clearly saying that it was just a proposal and under consideration and later they confirmed that the procedure remains the same. Now, if cc is really not required, then it must inform the same.
No, it was not a proposal. Govt already made amendment to ICWA Regulation thereby CC is not at all a mandatory requirement to write exam and when CC is not mandatory, how they can make revalidation as Mandatory?
