Icwa-operational management

I am in ICWA inter and ca final . My cwa Inter is in Dec -13

How do I prepare for Operational management.I searched its notes on caclubindia but everyone is saying that read from study material.That study mat is so thick and tough too..

I tried to read it.. There is so much maths in it..

Please help..I am really scared of it..

Is there any reference book which I can buy ? Or is there any chapter in CA FINAL COSTING which is related to it ??
