Icwa articleship exemption doubt

From the content of your query, it appears that you want to claim exemption when you are not eligible to do so. It is advisable not to do anything of that sort because if caught, stringent action(s) will be taken which includes cancelling the registration of the student.

Yaar kaam to kiya hai but on 3rd party salary on contract. Isliye saari problem ho rahi hai. I am giving original ceritificate but jis office ke liye I was working people know me as an outsource person because we were not given liberty and priviliges which they have been given because of our contracts in 3rd party.

Dear Neha Soni,

You have to send all the TEST PAPERS if you have not claimed any exemption for foundation course. IT means if you have cleared foundatin course and then registered for INTERMEDIATE then solve all TEST PAPERS and send it to ICWAI.

In case you have cleaimed exemption from fundation course and registered after clearing graduation or by any other prescribed mode then there is few relaxation in submitting TEST PAPERS.

The students having passed the following examination:-

1) Bachelor of Engineering,

2) Final Exams of ICAI/ICSI,

3) MBA from IIM or a recognised university,

4) B.Com with 1st Class or

5) Post Graduation or equivalent examination

may opt for "Simplified Postal Coaching" by clearing only 2 TESP PAPERS "T3 & T4" in each subject.

If you have work experience, it does not matter whether it is on third party contract basis or directly recruited by the company. You are eligible for exemption and need not worry about it at all. EvenIf the Institute communicates with the company (in which you have experience), what is it that can harm you?

Test Pepers can be written on both sides of the papers. I've submitted all my Test Papers and I've written on both front and back side of the papers. I've cleared all my Test Papers as well so you can surely write on both sides.

Test Papers's can be written on simple papers of register or the assignment papers. Whichever you like. Just make sure when you tie the papers, 0.5 or 1 inch nearly gets covered if stepled or tagged so leave a margin on the left side of the paper in front side and same margin on the right side of the paper towards the back portion.
