Yesterday, I got a call from another article (of the same firm) who is one my friends. He is also facing the same problem. He says that he cannot bear shoutings and scoldings every day and that too for not doing any mistakes. But he is in the second year of his articleship. So he cannot transfer now.
What I meant to say is that Chartered Accountants who are in practice and also who are in service in a Chartered Accountancy Firm (because in the above mentioned case it is the Audit Manager who is creating the problems as the partners do not take part in the day-to-day affairs of the firm) should also be trained by ICAI as to how they should train Article Trainees. Please give your views in this regard.
