Can a corporate debtor undergoing CIRP file Resolution plan for another corporate debtor... ?

Resolution plan is certified by Resolution professional and commitee of creditors of not less than 66% of holding of creditors. Resolution plan is prepared for determining the valuation of debtors but a corporate debtor might not undergo CIRP for another corporate debtor
