YOU SHOULD NOT WITHDRAW YOU SHOULD TRANSFER IN THE NEW COMPANY

I NEED MONEY. SO I WANT TO WITHDRAW..I AM STILL WORKING IN THE SAME COMPANY

you can withdraw but there will be tax implications on you

tell me the procedure for withdrawing the amount.. i have not asked whether tax will be charged or not.. i wan to know how to take back the money

Just contact with your company HR
There is claim form, which should be submitted to the zone where pf no. relates, after duly signed by company in that form.if co not sign, any nationalize bank may authenticate

You can take loan from PF office, check conditions below:

An employee can withdraw the contribution after resignation from the existing company. After a period of two months if he is not employed any where. He may also withdraw in case of critical illness, purchase of home or marriage.plz fill Form 10 any nd 19 through ur company.

Agree with Mr Deepak

PF Withdrawal During Working Period :

The Provident Fund Members Can Avail Advances / Partial Withdrawals Subject To Certain Conditions Like Marriage For Self And Dependant Sisters, Brothers Etc / Purchasing Of Dwelling House Or Repayment Of Housing Loan / Specified Medical Treatments / Closure Of Establishment Etc.,

You Need To Submit FORM 31 For Claiming Amount. But The PF Authorities Will Sanction Only If You Satisfy The Qualifying Conditions. I Have Attached A Document " Guidelines For PF Withdrawal" That Gives You An Clear Idea Like On What Grounds Can A Employee Withdraw PF During His/Her Working Period.

Hope This Information Is Of Some Use To You.

Find the attached Form 31

Advice by Mr. Hammad Rashid is correct. Also more or less same rule would apply in case your employer has a separate PF Trust.
