what is your meaning ?
DGFT issue the notification / circular / public notice regarding the export import related matters. if you found any problem with the departmental objection / quieries , you can take print these circulars and submit with the quieries .
if department is wrong , you can compell and forced your statement against circullar issued by the DGFT.
