I miss those days when....

The Picture option provided in the Post reply  Toolbar is only for Uploading the Image from any Existing Website & not from you computer.

First of All, Upload your Images to some Sharing A/c, then Copy the URL, of that Image from the Sharing Website.

Paste the URL in the Picture URL button provided in the Post reply toolbar.

Your Image will be Uploaded.

for example. Look at My Uploaded Image.
