I made rti about answer sheet checking......but

Why you need a RTI...........Now you can see your answer sheets........so simply make an application for your answer sheet

yes i know....to get certified copy directly from icai i can get...but if u read then it is for procedure that how they checking our answer sheet, how is the eligible person, where is our answer sheet is checking, etc.....so not for my answer sheet but for procedure which is done icai at the time checking answer sheet...............i have directly pointed out icai about this matter.....

You know what..........our answet sheets are checked by Bcom...students.........rather than knowing who checks the paper evaluate your answer sheet and after that also you have a feeling that you deserved more.........file a complaint..........but i am sure you will find out that you got more than you deserved....this is what was my expierience.........we students miss out on man points .....which gets cleared when we see our own answers.

ya dude...even i m think that i m first student of icai who receive answer sheet first.....i got my answer sheet after 2 rti application.................................................but my answer sheet is like the same if they verify or not verify...just tick against each qu. and put 1 2 4 0 0 1 2 3...like that....no reading no comments...........................bakwasssss checking..........

even our paper check in local train i have mail to icai also with evidence...

yes, dude....definatly...................the only way.........to become ca is now a days smart work................with hard work...

What do you mean by now-a-days............earlier people used to pass without hardwork.

No , my meaning is ab result 1-5% aaega to smart work bhi jyda karna padega...baki hard work to sab ca student karte he.................................

There would be no reply for this RTI filed. What you are demanding? place where answersheets are checked, it needs to be protected ICAI cant reveal who checks the papers.

What you can demand under RTI is the thing which matters you in your personal concern.

1) You can demand your certified copies 

2) you can file appeal to prove that ICAI's checking was grossly incorrect

3) You can put the matter before judicial authorities.

you cant demand the information which is confidential like who sets the paper and who checks answersheet and the place where they are checked. you can get info which is public. example you can demand ICAI to provide detailed analysis of students appeared in final exam state wise or region wise.

Yes dude, but many time before , i m received for ipcc in 2011.....now only way to get your answer sheet is directly from icai u can get...............per sub. for rs. 500., again i say i have not demanded my answer sheet from rti i just demand that only way they checking our procedure,

atleast we ca know that which persons are eligible for checking our answer sheet. i not say that give me the list, place list etc...just overall procedure...............................even i have demanded 2 times certified copies from icai per sub. 500/- nov 13 exam also.

are i have not filed rti to icai, i have filed rti to Department of Higher Education from RTI online with 10 rs/ payment...they coordinate with icai and if icai provides then they give me other wise they say it is not as per law, so they can;t give...........same fear is come against me when i give rti in 2011 just before my 3rd ipcc attempt even my principle CA is say they don;t do, many my ca clubindia student say vo tera result me dekh lenge........you can see my 2 years above post with same comment............but i m fearless kya karenge............ca nai hone denge, bas itna...........agar us time ye socha hota to aaj ye certified copy sayad na bhi milti.....b.coz sme body say that i m first who received my answer sheet.........even i have rti in 2009 also but at that time suprim court judgement is not there but in 2011 karnataka/Kearla high court ref. judgement i have mentioned in rti application..............
