I Have Been Served a notice for new registration what should i do

This is what i received The applicant had already been registered with the same PAN by GSTIN,Please intimate whether all due returns (including GSTR10/CMP 08) have been filed in respect of previous registrations and all pending dues. 2.Have you applied for revocation of earlier suo-moto cancelled registration with same PAN, if not, please specify.
year of registration for that was 2018

my earlier gst was cancelled, i did not canceled my gst by myself, the person who was handling my account didnt informed me of paying anything, also i didnt had the access to the portal, all credentials was with him.

now i am worried what should i do?
