I am quitting ca- procedure for termination please!

Hi everyone, I am quitting CA course because I am already  doing CMA with CA. Due to introduction of article ship in CMA I have to quit CA.Please throw me some guidelines regarding termination of articles.I have downloaded and filled the form No.109. Now what to do with it? Should I post it to SIRC directly?

Please tell me what to do after filling the form.

CA terminate... great decision... I must say rethink on this.... Sorry yaar... mein termination and all k baatein mein kisi ko nahi batana chahta because I dint want anyone to leave this

if you have not yet completed 1 years of articleship you can take your boss signature in form 109 and ca take termination

if you completed 1 years of articleship already you need to take icai prior permission before sending form 109

You will take prior approval of icai and if it permits u will start articalship after completion of your CMA course.and become CA.

Bt v cma students can also do 100 hours articleship 4m d chapter office. ....so y to quit c.a...?
