I am new to tally

First of all, when you will open the tally there will be option Create Company

Click on it, Feed in The data of the Company

After that Press ALD, there you can make the ledger & feed in the amount written in paper form of balance shhet into tally as opening balance

For putting opening balances from Balance Sheet, create a company, create ledgers of the Balance Sheet Items in the exact head.
