We are pharmaceutical manufacturing company delhi based and starting new unit at FALTA SEZ WEST BENGAL,  We have alloted space by Development commissioner Falta on Lease agreemant, Now my question is if we required a loan from bank than what is the procedure what we will submit for Collector Security , This is basically for L/C opening,
