i just drafted an affidavit and got it notarised.
soon after notarising i noticed that i havent quoted the name of my huf in the affidavit. rest all contents are ok. but the name of huf isnt written therein.
is there any chance that nsdl will reject pan application
2. along with form 49A i have to submit the original affidavit or the copy of the affidavit
The affidavit might get accepted if you have taken a stamp paper in the name of huf ( back side of stamp paper ). But most probably, it will be kept on hold. Better to make another affidavit.

If possible make DEED OF HUF instead of Affidavit
