Is it mandatory to write the HSN code of Inward & outward Supply in Annual return for Tax Payers having less than 1.5 crore ?

No It's not mandatory to provide with HSN summary for supplies less than 1.5 crore

whether HSN wise inward summary is mandatory in GSTR9 if annual turnover is more than 1.5 crore but turnover in July to March is less than 1.5 crore?
yes less than 1.5 crore
