HSN wise Summary we have to provide in GSTR-9 as in point No. 17&18.

I have also same query that in gstr9 hsn summary compulsory or not and if there are some boundaries or restriction , plz give detail summary
HSN wise Summery is mandatory if turnover is above 1.5 cr.
Whether Outward supply (RCM) should be included in HSN summary in GSTR-9.?
Whether there was change in rates in the same HSN/SAC during the year, then how ee should report in HSN summary i.e. whether we should enter same HSN multiple times tax rate wise.
