Firstly your Question is wrong. SAC code for emb.job work not hsn code. which is under 9988 chapter.

As per our GST laws in our country, embroidery work comes under the category of job work. f you are a service provider who is providing embroidery services to your clients, you need to pay GST on the job work you undertake.
The GST rates for embroidery services are
1. If the embroidery work is done on clothes, the GST rate is 5%.
2. If the embroidery work is done on other materials like tablecloths and pillowcases, the GST rate is 12%.
