Please let me know the descripttion of HS Code # 87089900 & 40169930 or 40169935. Is both the HS Codes are equivalent ?? as earlier we were exporting Metal Fitted / Bonded / Un- Bonded Rubber parts (Moulded) Including E. Mounting & Automotive parts to USA with HS Code # 87089900 but due to some custom objection in US , our customer wants to add 40169930 or 40169935 in documents or can't we go ahead with earlier HS Code ?? Kindly brief on the same.
