if im situated in Navi Mumbai, and im getting rent in Navi Mumbai, then what % will I get? 40% or 50%

Quick Summary
50%, as navi mUmbai is a metro city and same 50%deduction allow
50% salary will be applicable
But as per IT, metro cities are Kolkata Delhi Mumbai Chennai
i just came to know mumbai and navi mumbai are two different districts and hence you should take 40%.
But Navi Mumbai also under 50% slab
