Hi,

In my previous organization, I had HRA as part of my salary. During my resignation I could not submit my rent receipts. Apparently I received my Form 16 from them without any deduction for my HRA. Now I have my rent receipts. How to claim my HRA exemption during IT returns submission? Thanks in advance.

U need to provide the rent receipts to ur employer so they can consider the same and the deduction for same will be urs and u will get your tax refund by filling your income tax return.
