Dear ,

I am presently genuinely running a freelance HR Consultancy based in Tamilnadu offering Jobs and Manpowers.

I am now charging Rs.500/- as job registration charges to the candidates which is not refundable at any point of time. This has to be paid in full by the candidate, before going for any job search. This amount will be spent for their job search only.

Also I will charge them 50% of the first month salary, one they get the job which will be deducted by the employer from the candidate's account.

(1) I have not registered my HR consultancy, being a start-up, not a full fledged one. Is is mandadtory to go for regsitration?

(2) I think that I need to have some sort of documentation signed by the candidate that he will not claim it back at ant point of time, wrt the above registratio and service charges, so that I will not land up in any issues at a later stage. Pls help me to frame the letter.

Wherever possible, I am trying to collect from the employers.
