How to view an invoice in sap

you can view the invoice by using t-code FB03 wherein you have to filled in document no., company code and Fiscal year.

To view an Invoice...use the T-code which has been developed for Invoice Printing by the Company.

On the other hand, Accouting view of the Invoice can be viewed with T-code = VF03.

With FB03, you can only view the journal entry, not the invoice.

To view invoice in SAP you have following options :

FI Invoice : FB03

SD Invoice : VF03

MM Invoice : MIR4

All creates a accounting document as a integration part  from MM & SD. So same accounting document you can see from FB03.

We can view invoices through SAP workflow (tcode SO01)

To view or getting Print out u can use VF03 with invoice number. e.g: type T-Code: VF03 and enter Invoice Number in the billing document field then click on billing document menu on the menu bar then issue output to and print.

Please correct me if i have suggested anything wrong in the above instructions.

Thanks for such information. But also you can easily generate, print and email invoice and quotation in Excel. We found very easy and user friendly software in Excel format which can instantly generate invoices and quotations. There are many templates which you can select as invoice or quotation.
