How to treat goods in transit, if it is given as adjustment

provide entries for the above adjustment and treatment in final accounts

To treat goods in transit as an adjustment, debit the Goods in Transit account (to increase your asset) and credit the Accounts Payable account (to increase your liability). In your final accounts, this amount appears as a current asset on the Balance Sheet and increases your total creditors on the liabilities side.
